RETURN POLICY

Because of the nature of Cosmetics Products, all sales are final due to hygienic reasons. Please review the following information regarding our return policy:

  • Please inspect the products during delivery with the delivery person. If you receive a different product than ordered or if the product is damaged, please do not accept the delivery. 
  • Products must be in original, unopened, and unused condition while inspecting.
  • Any deposit you made will be refunded upon confirmation from the delivery service personnel and inspection of the product returned in case of damaged products.
  • In case of lost packaging, courier slip must be provided for us to verify and issue a refund of the deposit.
  • Once you have accepted the delivery, no return request will be processed.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Sajbaki purchase, however, we understand that there are times when a product may not work out as expected. Please review the following information regarding our exchange policy:

  • Any exchange decision must be made at the time of delivery. Once the delivery is accepted, no exchange request will be processed.
  • Products must be in original, unopened, and unused condition while inspecting.
  • Any exchange order must be equal to or higher value than the original purchase amount.
  • Restocking fee of 15% of the invoice amount will be charged for any exchange request. The remaining deposit amount will go toward the newly requested item(s).
  • All shipping/return shipping charges must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • An exchange request can only be processed once per order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sajbaki’s order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. You will have a 6 hours window to change or cancel your order. Please contact customer service over messenger chat or phone call to make any changes to your order.

COLOR INFORMATION:

Sajbaki tries to accurately display the colors of the products on our website and pages. However, please note that depending on your device’s display technology and screen calibration, the images may not look exactly the same as we have posted.

REJECTING DELIVERY:

In the event of rejecting a delivery, no refund will be issued for the deposit and the shipping charges paid by the customer.
